  • Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing or plans with reasonable notice.

6. Data Ownership and Security

  • Your Data: You retain all rights to your data stored within OS Track IT.
  • Our Use: We process your data only to operate, support, and improve the Service.
  • Backups: Data is securely backed up daily with 30-day retention.
  • Deletion: Upon termination, your account data may be deleted after 30 days unless otherwise requested in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, graphics, and content on OS Track IT are owned by Max Power Technology LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You use OS Track IT at your own risk. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. Upon termination:

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
